Mali Tourisme Puzzle (MOD) 1.0.0

Puzzle MALI TOURISE is an application of MALI TOURISME which plays the role of Destination Management Organization. It is the main body responsible for promoting tourism in Destination Mali. As such, in connection with the private sector of tourism and other actors intervening in the same sector, MALI TOURISME participates in the implementation of the national tourism development policy. Specifically, its interventions relate to:
- the management of requests for information from national and foreign customers on benefits and services related to transport, accommodation, visits to sites and monuments, and any other related service the organization of travel and tourist stays in Mali;
- the promotion of Destination Mali on the main tourist emitting markets, by means of promotional actions such as participation in international tourism fairs, fairs and symposiums, the organization of introductory trips for tour operators, etc. -
the promotion of tourist offers at the national level, in particular through the establishment, for the benefit of the general public, of an information platform on tourist offers, -
the development and implementation of training programs / projects for actors involved in the tourism sector, mainly hoteliers, restaurateurs, tour operators, tourist guides and other intermediaries in the chain of distribution and marketing of the tourist offer of the Mali destination,
- support for initiatives to develop Mali's tourist potential, carried out by other actors such as local authorities, professional tourism associations, national public services, cultural promoters, etc.
